1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://www.axissplintingsolutions.com (the “Site”) or registering for any course offered by Axis Management Solutions, LLC, dba Axis Splinting Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Services
We provide cash-based continuing education courses for occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and related professionals. These courses are for professional education purposes only and are not covered by insurance. Course content is educational and does not replace your independent clinical judgment, your scope of practice, or physician orders.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Participants must hold appropriate licensure and be in good standing. You must provide accurate registration information and pay all fees in full before your spot is confirmed.
4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to kimberly@axismanagementsolutions.com.
- Cancellations made 10 or more days before the course receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the course are subject to a 25% administrative fee.
- No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the course begins.
- You may request to transfer your registration to a future course date, subject to space availability and provider approval.
- If we cancel or postpone a course, registered participants will be notified by email and receive a full refund, or may transfer to a rescheduled date if available. We will make every effort to provide at least 7 days’ notice.
5. Continuing Education Credit
Continuing education credit details for each course, if applicable, are listed on that course’s page. Participants are responsible for confirming with their licensing board that credit will be accepted. Credit is awarded only to participants who meet all posted completion requirements.
6. Hands-On Participation
Our courses include hands-on fabrication using heated water, heat guns, thermoplastic materials, and cutting tools, and participants may mold orthoses on one another. You agree to follow instructor safety guidance, use equipment responsibly, and tell the instructor about any condition, allergy, or injury that may affect your participation. You participate at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials (lectures, videos, handouts, slides, graphics, and certificates) are owned by Axis Management Solutions, LLC. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Courses are provided “as is” without any guarantee of results, license renewal, or employment advancement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the full extent permitted by law, Axis Management Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in courses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Management Solutions, LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be brought in Miami-Dade County courts.
